Common Questions
How do I delete a treat entry?
Swipe left on any treat in your calendar or list view and tap Delete. You can also open the treat detail view and tap the delete option in the menu.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device and your treat journal will sync automatically via iCloud. Make sure iCloud is enabled for Treatly in your device settings.
Can I export my treat data?
Yes! Free users can export individual treat cards as images (1080x1350, social-ready) and create grid/mosaic sticker collages. Treatly Pro adds CSV data export with date range filtering, plus extra layouts like Polaroid grid, minimal list, and Year in Review.
How do I change my Treatly Pro theme?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Theme." Choose from 11 color themes, each with its own kawaii character mascot. Themes also change the app icon.
How do I request a refund for Treatly Pro?
Treatly Pro purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
The background removal didn't work perfectly. What can I do?
Background removal works best with good lighting and a clear contrast between the treat and its background. Try placing your treat on a solid-colored surface and taking the photo in good light. If a result isn't perfect, you can retake the photo.
