Welcome to Treatly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Treatly iOS app and website (together, the "Service"). By using Treatly, you agree to these Terms.

Using Treatly

Treatly is a personal treat journaling app. You can use it to photograph, log, rate, and share your favorite sweet treats. You must be at least 13 years old to use Treatly. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your Content

You own the photos, notes, and other content you create in Treatly. By using the social features (sharing to the Treatly feed), you grant us a limited license to display your shared content within the app to other users. You can remove shared content at any time.

Acceptable Use

Treatly is meant to be a joyful, positive space. When using social features, please:

• Be kind and respectful to other users
• Only share content you have the right to share
• Don't post inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Don't attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Treatly Pro

Treatly Pro is a one-time in-app purchase ($3.99) that unlocks additional features. The purchase is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not offer subscriptions.

Availability

We do our best to keep Treatly running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time to improve the app.

Limitation of Liability

Treatly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Treatly Pro, if any.

Website Analytics & Cookies

Our website uses analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our pages. We use cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) on all pages, and Google Analytics 4 only with your explicit consent. When you visit our website, a cookie banner will ask for your preference. You can learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Treatly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
